A very disruptive campaign with transfers out mid-season but a hugely successful one finishing 5th well above expectations. Manager Kim Eun-joong in his first year as a manager deserves huge credit for turning to club around after a poor 2023 campaign where they only survived in the playoffs and had the worst defence in the league. They've brought 3 new foreign players and added some decent additions for the team's depth. The main issue is around their star player Anderson who has interest from multiple teams and left the team's training camp early. It will be tough to repeat the good season of 2024 but with their coach renewing his contract it could be possible. A lot will depend on the outcome of the Anderson crisis talks and whether he stays. Likely bottom half finish. They got the best out of their star players last season and their system of building up from the back enabled that creating overloads in attack. They were quite slow starters in the league and scored mostly in the 2nd half and heavily relied on Anderson and Seung-woo Lee, before his transfer, for creativity.

Target

Top half but would be more than satisfied to avoid relegation so 7th-9th acceptable.
