Although Bodrum FK finished the last season in the 4th place, they promoted to top level for the 1st time after defeating Sakaryaspor in the final. Lots of difficulties await them this season. First of all, their stadium is not at the level of league’s standarts. During the whole summer, they have worked to make it get prepared. It is not clear whether it will be ready or not. They are absolutely inexperienced in many ways. Except some experienced players, they already had young players in their squad and they added many young players in the summer transfer market. 50-year-old coach Ismet Tasdemir will be working at top level for the 1st time. He is shown as one of early fired coaches. Last season, they have conceded two more goals than the best defensive performer Goztepe. Keeper Sousa and center-back Celustka did a great job. The duo stayed in the team but a very difficult challenge await them. The board brought Harelle in but they are still short in defensive options as no quality in defensive wingers too. They signed Fredy and Dimitrov in order to increase their quality in offence. On other hand, it could be said that they have the weakest offensive line in the league. It seems like it is a must to bring four players at least in order to cope with the league’s strength.

Target

They should celebrate like the title holder, if they manage to survive with the current squad. A quick exit from the cup should be beneficial.
