Football Season Guide

Kayseri did a great job in the season and managed to survive at top level despite having a transfer ban. During the whole season, they faced several problems and changed their coaches twice but they managed to escape from the relegation despite having a short squad. Ahead of the new season, nothing changed because the board failed to solve the transfer ban. Coach Burak Yilmaz is hopeful to welcome new faces but it seems unlikely. In this point, they do not want to lose anybody from the last season’s squad. First of all, they managed to persuade Bourabia whose his contact was expired this summer but Uzodimma is in talks with some clubs and may not stay with the team. Kartal Yilmaz’s loan period came to an end but the board want to add him again after he has done well in midfield. The coach has been also busy with checking the situations of young player who have spent the last season in lower leagues. He will try to promote some talented young players from the reserve team in order to widen his current squad. Once again, they will target some fixtures and try to get some extra points from the title candidates in order to survive.
