This is definitely a season to forget for Hamburg. HSV again chopped and changed their team coaches as well as their tactical game. Most Hamburg players lacked consistency but David Jarolim was one of the few who gave his all throughout. In any case, the most recent team coach has failed to get HSV back on course, and the only reason he hasn’t been chopped, is probably due to the extraordinary turnover of team coaches throughout the season.
