In 2024, Corinthians made a comeback in the league with the arrival of manager Ramon Diaz. After a difficult first half that saw them battling against relegation, 'Timão' bounced back and secured a place in the early stages of the Libertadores. For 2025, they seem to be committed to maintaining the play style and the squad, which was strengthened in the middle of last season. Few changes have been made and the only signing so far has been left-back Fabricio Angileri. No regular starters left the club. Club legend Fagner was the most notable of those who departed. Pedro Raul, Pedro Henrique, Ruan Oliveira, Matheus Araujo and Caetano also left the club. None of them were playing meaningful minutes at the end of 2024. In 2025, Corinthians had the best record in the first phase of the Campeonato Paulista and won the first leg of the final 1-0 away to their greatest rivals Palmeiras. However, they failed to qualify for the Libertadores group stage. They have a physically imposing midfield and an extremely good attacking trio with Memphis, Garro and Yuri Alberto. On the other hand, they're still looking for the ideal player to form a centre-back duo with Félix Torres and don't seem to have a reliable back-up striker.

Target

Aiming for a Libertadores qualification (top-6).
